Comcast is issuing refunds to anyone who paid after Bleacher Report site streamed for free. Comcast asks Bleacher Report to forgo all their PPV revenue.

Spectrum says they will credit their customers who paid the $19.99

No word from parent company Turner as to whether they will issue refunds to those who paid for streaming.
